Giving
Operational Costs in the M/SAR program are covered by fundraising projects,
a wide range of work projects, and donations. Although M/SAR members provide
their own equipment, the unit is always in need of group equipment such as
cellular phones, VHF radios, medical equipment and supplies, and technical
hardware such as ropes and vertical rescue equipment. We are a non-profit
organization that often times depends on contributions from people and
companies like you to help fund our program to ensure that we are able to
continue functioning as a youth leadership-building program while we help
save lives.

Thanks to Raytheon we have received two large grants which enabled
us to purchase a new rescue vehicle, along with a new cache of radios.
